“Evergreen innovation”

Scitech carry out research in the use of statistical methods to enhance understanding of reservoir performance. We have excellent agreements with key universities who can provide specialist statistical expertise to add to Scitech’s in-house team. Scitech conducts research and development to continue the advance of our product EnABLE™ and we also perform contract R&D on behalf of our clients.
The EnABLE™ user group meetings also provide Scitech with an excellent forum for our research planning. These meetings are held at least twice each year. Currently we hold the user meetings in Houston and London.

Scitech’s petrophysical group are currently conducting an applied research project with the Joint Chalk Research group in Norway. The focus of this research project is to develop a methodology for obtaining end-point saturation in water-flooded chalk reservoirs to support better estimation of recoverable hydrocarbons.
